My goal is to work with you to reduce your life stressors and anxiety to create positive, lasting change from the inside out. ONE session can make a difference to create lasting change with reducing stress held within the body.

I tailor each session with a bio-psycho-social approach/connection to help discover the hidden/missing link(s) to help you find ways to achieve your goals. Forms of intervention and support I offer in addition to setting lifestyle prescriptions with mindful practices, habit stacking strategies, meditations and more, are PEFT and QNB.

Traditional psycho-therapy is an average of 1-3 years commitment of meeting regularly while PEFT and QNB can produce lasting results with as little as 1-6 sessions. While ALL therapy is effective, there are different strategies to help get the results with differing circumstances in individual cases.

PEFT: Precision Energy Freedom Techniques. This form of therapy is geared toward reducing stress and trauma stored in the body and mind. This form of tapping works with connecting the body and breath with neurological ‘pressure points’ and meridians. This can be a helpful process for emotional stressors, life challenges of anxiety, depression, sleep disturbances and more.

QNB: Quantum Neural Biology is a form of therapy focusing to de-sensitize trauma and triggers stored in the pain centers of the brain and body and upgrade the mind with re-framing to a healthier thought and belief system. Specific eye movement patterns are utilized with the neural brain connections similar to EMDR (eye movement desensitization re-processing). This can be a helpful technique for trauma, anxiety, emotional stressors and more.

*It is recommended to commit to a minimum of 4 -12 sessions for lasting results to create lasting habit growth. Some processes are more difficult and multi-layered and may take an additional time frame of 3-6 months depending goals, etc.
