NBW is located in the NW ground floor suite 105 of the 205 Center Building. From northbound I-5, take exit 7B and turn right onto NE 139th St, then left (north) onto NE 20th Ave.
From I-205 or southbound I-5, take the 134th St exit. Travel to NE 20th Ave turning north.
We are at the NW corner of 139th/20th intersection in the 205 Center Building - Suite 105 is located in the back of the building on the NW corner. See map. Remember, we schedule by appointment only.
